Responsibilities:
- Oversee the unit, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to our patients
- Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the unit, including staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments
- Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to the nursing staff
- Assess and monitor patients' physical and emotional needs, adjusting care plans as necessary
- Communicate and collaborate with family members to address concerns and provide updates on the patients progress
Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
